Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase. If you've changed your mind on a full-priced item, we're happy to offer an exchange or store credit, provided the item is returned within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:
- Sale items
- Custom orders
- Cosmetics
- Hair accessories
- Hosiery
- Hats
- Lingerie
- Swimwear
- Earrings
Store credit will be issued once the item has been returned and processed by Leilani Boutique. The good news? Our store credits never expire, so you can take your time and use them whenever you're ready.
Faulty items are assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If an item is found to be faulty, we will endeavour to repair or replace it. If this is not possible, a refund will be provided.
